各系統配置及技術說明：
箱體結構
1) 本設備由室體、真空系統、保護系統、電氣控制系統等組成
2) 箱體采用先進的機械設備制作、工藝先進、線條流暢，美觀大方
3) 內箱材質為3mm厚優質不銹鋼304拉絲板經拋光處理，加強脛進行加固。外箱材質為1.2mm厚優質冷軋鋼板經表面特殊處理后靜電噴涂而成。
4) 門與門框之間采用高性能密封材料及獨特的硅橡膠密封結構，密封、抗老化性好。
5) 真空系統由國產優質真空泵、不銹鋼真空閥門、不銹鋼連接管道和數顯真空壓力表組成。
6) 箱內設有不銹鋼活動樣品架，可拆卸易清洗。
7) 箱體門上鋼化，防彈雙層玻璃門觀察窗，玻璃窗安裝于箱門中部，能清晰觀察到內部試驗物品在試驗過程中的變化。
真空系統
工作室為一密閉的空間，通過真空管路與真空泵和壓力傳感器相連。真空泵連續工作將工作室內的氣體抽出，工作室內壓力將越來越小于標準大氣壓，通過進氣閥進氣，與抽氣達到平衡，從而獲得所需要的真空度。在真空泵前級加裝了手閥，可以手動調節真空泵的抽氣量。本真空泵配置有氣鎮閥。當泵用于抽蒸汽時，確保氣鎮閥開啟。
