產(chǎn)品描述

GRE-GFP報(bào)告基因是翌圣生物自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)glucocorticoid receptor轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。GR（glucocorticoid receptor)調(diào)控的糖皮質(zhì)類固醇是強(qiáng)有力的抗炎介質(zhì)，并對(duì)心血管、新陳代謝、免疫和體內(nèi)平衡功能進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)或維持。

GRE-GFP報(bào)告基因主要應(yīng)用于糖皮質(zhì)激素介導(dǎo)的信號(hào)途徑(glucocorticoid-mediated signaling pathway)的激活水平研究、藥物研究以及基因過(guò)表達(dá)和RNAi表型分析等。

pGMGRE-GFP是翌圣生物改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)GR結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高效地檢測(cè)GR的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報(bào)告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測(cè)。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測(cè)出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得GRE-GFP報(bào)告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。
